Statutes & Rules

All registrants are expected to know the laws that affect their professions. The Texas Board of Architectural Examiners makes available a printed version of the statutes and rules (see below) which can be mailed upon request for a cost-recovery charge.

Please note that Statute Chapter 1051 includes statutes for all three professions as well as statutes specific to the practice of architecture.
