CE Exemption Application

Exemption from the mandatory continuing education requirements may be available to those who meet the exemption eligibility criteria found on the Continuing Education Exemption Application and can provide sufficient documentation to request an exemption. All completed applications and documentation should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to your registration expiration date. Upon review of the completed application for exemption, we will notify you in writing whether the exemption has been accepted or denied. If a request for exemption is denied, you are responsible for completing all continuing education requirements by your registration expiration date. A registration may not be renewed until all continuing education requirements are completed or an exemption has been granted.
