Change Status

Registrants who are in good standing may change their status from one to the other of the following:

• Inactive Status
• Emeritus Status
• Voluntary Surrender
• Active Status
• Reinstatement Only a revoked or voluntarily surrendered registration may qualify for reinstatment.
• Canceled A canceled registration may not be changed to any other status.
