Voluntary Surrender Status
If you do not want to continue your registration in Texas, you may wish to voluntarily surrender it. Please send a letter along with your signature, stating that you wish to voluntarily surrender your registration. Send the letter to:

A surrendered registration is subject to the same requirements for reinstatement as a registration that has been revoked. Please review the appropriate rule regarding reinstatement of a surrendered registration.
